Slow-Cooked Lasagna

Ingredients
1lb lean ground
beef
1 (26 to 28oz)
jar tomato pasta sauce
1 (8oz) can
tomato sauce
1/2 (9oz) pkg.
(about 8) no-boil lasagna noodles
1 (1lb) jar
Alfredo pasta sauce
3 c. shredded
mozzarella cheese (or odds and ends you have in refrigerator)
1/4 c grated
parmesan cheese

Directions
1.
Brown ground beef in a large skillet until cooked - drain.
2.
Spray 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 3/4 c of the
tomato pasta sauce on the bottom, stir remaining pasta sauce and tomato sauce
into ground beef.

Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce (break as necessary). Top with 1/3 of
the
Alfredo sauce spreading evenly. Sprinkle 1 c of mozzarella cheese. Top with
1/3 of ground beef mixture, spreading evenly.
4.
Repeat layering using two noodles for last layer. Sprinkle Parmesan
cheese
on top.
5.
Cover, cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
