Sunday Sausage Breakfast

6 ounces onion and garlic croutons
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked & crumbled
2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
2 cups cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Grease 9"x13" pan. Layer croutons, sausage, cheddar cheese, and Monterey jack cheese. Mix eggs and milk; pour over the top of casserole. Mix together basil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasonings over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
